Each 3-pound tub makes 96 1/2-ounce cookies. Made from all-natural ingredients including butter, this cookie dough may be refrigerated for up to three months or frozen for up to six months.

The band is also selling Apple Baking Company's cheesecakes:

Made from all-natural ingredients, the cheesecakes may be refrigerated from three to five days or frozen up to 90 days.

Sales incentives
For each cookie dough tub or cheesecake a student sells, $4 will be credited to his or her Band Bucks account.

As a bonus, students selling any combination of 10 units of cookie dough or cheesecake will receive one free tub of chocolate chunk cookie dough.

BONUSES for top sellers
Those who sell the most units of cookie dough and/or cheesecakes will receive the following amounts credited to their Band Bucks accounts:

• First Place -- $50

• Second Place -- $30

• Third Place -- $20

Orders Due Sept. 18
Orders and payments (checks made payable to Clark Band Boosters) are due by Tuesday, Sept. 18, and may be placed in the Band Boosters box in the band hall office.

Orders delivered Oct. 9Cookie dough and cheesecake orders will be distributed Tuesday, Oct. 9, from 3 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. in the band hall and during the Band Booster meeting that evening. Please make arrangements to pick up your orders at this time, as refrigeration is not available for storage.
