The Challenge
Football games on weeknights often present a challenge for parents to get their students fed in the short window of time between after-school practice and preparing to dress and load up to leave for the game.

The Solution
To ease the crunch for parents and students, the Clark Band Boosters will provide complimentary meals to the students before leaving for the games on Thursday, Aug. 30 and Thursday, Sept. 6. For the five Friday night games, the Band Boosters will pre-order meals for students who wish to purchase them in advance. The meals will be distributed to students in the band hall by the Band Boosters on game nights.

Parents who are chaperoning or assisting with pre-game preparations (e.g. uniforms, pit crew, etc.), may also order meals.

Prices and Order Deadlines
Students and parents may purchase the "Football Season Special" for $28, which includes meals for all five Friday night games. If you did not already order meals during Band Prep Day, orders and payments are still being accepted in the Band Booster box in the directors' office through Wednesday, Sept. 12.

Or, individual meals may be ordered on a weekly basis for $6 each. Orders and payments for individual meals must be received in the Band Booster box in the directors' office by Tuesday of the week of the desired meal.

There is no charge for the meals served on Aug. 30 and Sept. 6.

Refer to the Prepaid Meal Order Form to make your meal selections. Print and complete the form, and bring it with your payment to Band Prep Day or place in the Band Booster box.
