Pies and Coffee/Beverages Sale

Pies/Coffee/Beverages fundraiser campaign ended November 1, and all orders have been delivered.

Campaign runs October 18 - November 1, 2004

For its second fall 2004 fundraiser, the Cougar Band has the opportunity to earn additional Band Bucks through a sale of mouth-watering pies and Boston’s Best coffee and other tasty gourmet beverages.

Information and order forms have been distributed to students.

 Pies

Pies range in price from $10 to $13, and are available in eight luscious varieties:

Bake-and-Serve
  (double crust)
● Apple
● Strawberry Rhubarb
● Peach
● Cherry

Thaw-and-Serve
    (no baking)
● Pumpkin
● Lemon Meringue
● Pecan
● French Silk

Each pie measures 10 inches in diameter and is delivered frozen. Pies may be kept frozen up to 6 months or refrigerated up to 4-5 days. 

Coffee/Beverages

 The Boston's Best company features freshly roasted coffees, and other delectable gourmet beverages including rich hot cocoas, creamy cappuccinos, refreshing iced teas and hot teas in a variety of flavors.

Prices for beverage items range from $7 to $12.

Sales Incentives
For each pie a student sells, 40% of the sale price will be credited to his or her Band Bucks account.

For each coffee or beverage item sold, 50% of the sale price will be applied to the student's Band Bucks account.

Students selling 10 or more pies (any flavors) will receive a free apple pie for every 10 pies they sell.

Students selling 15 or more coffee/beverage items will receive one free gourmet beverage item for every 15 beverage items they sell.

 Band Bucks BONUSES for Top Sellers

The three students who achieve the highest dollar amounts in sales from a combination of the Pie and Coffee/Beverages Sale AND the Cookie Dough and Kringles Pastry Sale (September 3 - 20) will receive bonus Band Bucks for their student accounts as follows:

● Top Seller: $100      ● 2nd Top Seller: $75       ● 3rd Top Seller: $50

Only students who participate in both fall fundraisers will be eligible for top-seller bonuses.

Orders Due November 1

Orders and payments (checks made payable to Clark Band Boosters) are due by Monday, November 1, and may be placed in the Band Boosters box in the band hall office.

Delivery of Orders

Pie and coffee/beverage orders will be distributed Wednesday, November 17, after school in the band hall. Please make arrangements to pick up your orders at this time, as refrigeration is not available for storage.
