The 2025–2026 Marching Season is here, and we’re kicking it off with Band Prep Day on Wednesday, July 23 at 6:00 p.m.
We have an amazing show planned and an even more amazing group of students and parents ready to make it all happen. Marching season moves fast—Prep Day is your chance to get ahead!
Here’s what you need to know:
🕕 Parent Meeting – Begins at 6:00 p.m. in the Auditorium
After the short meeting, you’ll head to the band halls to visit important stations:
✅ Required Forms
2 forms are required for all students.

Fill them out in advance to save time! New students will be added to Cut Time after submitting the Parental Permission Form. Be sure to include your student’s non-NISD email and cell if they have one.
🍽️ Band Meals (Optional)
Want your student to get meals before football games?
➡️ Complete the Band Meals form now on our website.
Students cannot leave campus to get food, so this is a great option!

Pay by cash or check at Prep Day — or use credit card via Cut Time.
👟 Marching Shoes
Try on and order shoes with our on-site vendor!
Cash and credit cards accepted (small fee applies). No checks.
